Go to your hard-drive folder (usually Macintosh HD unless you've renamed it). cDock is designed to make theming your Dock easy and robust. You can even enable some awesome hidden features. There are tons of ways to customize the look and feel of the Dock. Right-click cDock.app and select Show Package Contents. cDock gives you full control over the Dock. They could work with High Sierra or Catalina, but certainly not earlier or later versions than that. If you are running macOS Mojave, then these files should work great.
